    Get the landed cost

    Once we find a candidate, our costing engine computes the exact landed price: vehicle + inland transport + ocean freight + insurance + customs duty + VAT + clearance + garage prep + overhead. No surprises.

    Sign the contract

    Digital sales agreement via secure signing. Pricing and terms are frozen at signature — no later edits without your approval.

    Pay 30% into escrow

    Transfer the advance to our escrow account using your unique CRU-YYYY-#### reference. We verify the bank narration matches before any operational spend begins.

    Vehicle is sourced & shipped

    We assign a US shipper, capture VIN-plate and condition photos, load into a container or RoRo vessel, and you watch it move on the live milestone tracker.

    UAE arrival & customs

    On arrival at Jebel Ali, customs duty and VAT are paid, clearance documents uploaded, and the vehicle is released to our partner garage in Ras Al Khaimah.

    Garage prep & delivery notice

    Garage performs cleaning, light prep, and final inspection photos. We then issue the Delivery Availability Notice and the final 14-day balance window starts.

Everything you need to know

Typically 4–8 weeks from contract signing to delivery, depending on the vehicle's US location and shipping mode (RoRo vs container). The Seller Sourcing SLA is a hard 15 calendar days; ocean transit is 21–28 days; UAE clearance + garage prep adds another 1–2 weeks.
It locks in your purchase, funds the inland transport from the US dealer to the port, and pays for ocean freight booking and marine insurance. The full advance is held in our escrow account against your CRU reference until verified.
If we can't source a qualifying vehicle within the 15-day SLA, the deal is auto-terminated as Seller Sourcing Failure and your full advance is refunded — no questions, no fees.
The contract treats vehicles as AS-IS, WHERE-IS for collector / restoration purposes. Refusal for condition reasons after delivery availability is treated as Buyer Default and the advance may be released as liquidated damages, per the agreement.
Every customer gets a portal account with milestone tracking, photo evidence at each custody transition, signed contracts, invoices, and notices. You can also check status anytime via your CRU reference.
No. The costing engine quotes the full landed cost upfront — vehicle, inland, ocean, insurance, customs, VAT, clearance, garage, overhead, commission. Any deviation requires explicit Admin approval and is communicated to you.
We invoice and accept payment in AED. The escrow bank reference and our internal accounting use AED end-to-end. If you transfer in another currency we apply the bank's conversion at receipt time.
